Hello, I am KD Chan. If you like my art style and want to commission me, please read the Terms of Service carefully. By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the terms and policies that I have implemented.
Terms of Service
No cancellations in the midst of progress. Refunds are not accepted unless the commission has not begun yet.
Do not claim it as your own. You must put proper credit.
(For personal use) you are not allowed to add your own watermark to the artwork. If you will post it, post the one that has my watermark on it.
(For commercial purposes) you are allowed to do whatever you want with it, BUT you must put credit in if you will post it.
Unless stated otherwise (for private reasons), I have the right to publish the artwork in my portfolio and on social media.
Deadlines are reasonable but do not rush me. Tight deadlines will incur additional charges.
I am allowed to record the painting process and upload it unless stated otherwise.
Transaction fee will be shouldered by the client.
What to Expect
The final piece will be unwatermarked and watermarked digital art. Other additional props, characters, and backgrounds will have different charges that are stated on a different page. My schedule can be hectic and it may take a little longer than stated to finish an art piece. You will receive a high-resolution PNG file (within the range of 2500 - 3500 pixels or depending on the resolution you will provide). I will send the sketch first (sample poses that you could choose from), and when you are satisfied with the sketch, full payment should be paid via Wisetransfer or direct bank transfer.
